Our contract
All bookings are made
with META TOURS TURIZM TICARET LTD ŞTI., trading as ROBIOS TOURS (hereafter
referred to as ROBIOS TOURS, us or we).
By booking a product
with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Booking
Terms & Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and
us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be
provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation / invoice.
A 'Client' (You) is all
persons named on the booking form intending to travel with ROBIOS TOURS.
A 'Product' is any
service sold by ROBIOS TOURS.
A contract between you
and us comes into existence when we have confirmed the booking in writing and
issued a confirmation.
The person submitting
the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions), either in hard
copy or online warrants that s/he has full authority to do so on behalf of all
persons whose names appear thereon, and confirms that all such persons are
fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to
decline any booking at our discretion without further explanation.
Free Time
Certain periods during
the tour may be designated as "free time". These periods are provided
primarily to give the Client a chance to rest, relax and/ or explore. The
Client is free to use this free time as they wish. We do not accept responsibility
for any loss, accident or injury which occurs during such 'free time'.
Child Travel
Children of any age are
welcome to participate in our private guided tours.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
1.
%30 of total payment (entire service which to be planned by us) should
be charged as a deposit of the services. And the rest can be paid on arrival date as
cash. This percentage can be transferred to our account either with wire
transfer (bank account details are indicated at below) or with credit card
payment link (which will be created by us and sent you via email and cell-phone
text message)
2. Accommodation,
Day Tours & Products with a total value under 1000 Euro: Full payment must
be received within 7 days of booking.
3.
Payment with Visa or Mastercard is covered by this conditions. American
express card deposit payment will have extra %4 bank commission fee and for the
full payment with Amex will have a surcharge of %14 percent.
4.
It can be in USD, GBP or EUR
currencies.
5.
At any reasonable situation if there is cancellation until 15 days prior
to your arrival, there will be %10 service charge cut off over total amount.
%90 refund.
6.
If your cancellation happens
between duration of 15 days - 5 days
before your arrival, there will be % 50 no show. %50 refund.
7.
If cancellation happens in last 5
days before (except your arrival date)
your arrival, complete no show, no refund.
8.
In case of dsirinf full payment with credit card, % 10 surcharge to be added.
