Itinerary	Visit Ephesus Archaeological Site Meeting your guide and driver in the morning at 08:00 am at your hotel lobby. Starting your day tour and following the schedule as below: Library of Celsus: Marvel at this iconic structure, one of the most photographed ruins in Ephesus. It was built in honor of the Roman senator Celsus. The Great Theatre: Walk through the 25,000-seat theatre, which once hosted gladiatorial combats and theatrical performances. Temple of Hadrian: Admire the intricate carvings and well-preserved façade of this temple dedicated to Emperor Hadrian. Curetes Street: Stroll along this main street lined with impressive ruins, including the Fountain of Trajan and various ancient shops and houses. Terrace houses : Visit the Terrace Houses, also known as the "Houses of the Rich," which offer insight into the luxurious lifestyle of Ephesus's elite. The mosaics and frescoes here are remarkably well-preserved. Visit the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Although only a few columns remain, it’s still a fascinating site. Lunch break en route for delicious olive-oil made appetizers, Home-made gozleme, Mantı (raviolli) and many other options. In the afternoon Explore the Basilica of St. John, believed to be the burial site of John the Apostle. The ruins are impressive and offer a great view of the surrounding area. Visit the House of the Virgin Mary, a pilgrimage site believed to be the last residence of Mary, the mother of Jesus. Seven Sleepers' Grotto To add a unique cultural experience to the end of your tour, you can visit a local weaving center where Turkish nomad ladies demonstrate the traditional process of carpet weaving. This activity will provide an insightful look into the ancient art and lifestyle of the Turkish people in the region. End of tour arround 5 or 6 pm. Drop you back to your hotel.
